OmniCloak Holding is a hardware-rooted, zero-trust endpoint security company. Our thesis is simple: trust should be established in hardware, not assumed by software. Everything we build follows from that.

Modern endpoint security fails because it trusts the operating system to accurately report on the health of the hardware beneath it. Once firmware is compromised, that assumption breaks down — and every security control running above the OS is operating on a foundation that has already been undermined.
OmniCloak's mission is to make independently verifiable hardware security accessible to the organizations that need it most: government agencies, defense-adjacent organizations, and financial institutions operating in regulated, high-assurance environments.
We are headquartered in the EU, with operations based in the Canary Islands. We are pursuing alignment with EUCC, NIS2, and DORA regulatory frameworks. Certification is in progress and has not yet been obtained.

We use standards-based protocols — SPDM, not proprietary attestation — so customers can verify our claims with their own infrastructure.
