Purpose-built.
Independently verifiable.
OmniCloak sources commodity OEM hardware and transforms it with proprietary firmware, OS, and identity provisioning. The security properties of every device are independently verifiable — not a marketing claim.
Asset-light. Customer relationship-first.
OmniCloak does not manufacture hardware from raw materials. We source commodity OEM hardware, transform it with our proprietary security stack, and monetize the customer relationship twice: once at the hardware sale and annually through the CyberCloak subscription. This model keeps capital requirements low while building a recurring revenue base tied directly to the security value we deliver.
OmniCloak Secure Laptop
Enterprise-grade endpoint security rooted in silicon. Built for government agencies, defense-adjacent organizations, and financial institutions that require independently verifiable hardware security.
OmniCloak Secure Smartphone
The same six-layer chain of trust in a form factor built for field use. Satellite connectivity for operation in areas with limited terrestrial infrastructure.
Pre-alpha. Fully specified. Honest about where we are.
OmniCloak is in active pre-alpha hardware development. The architecture is fully specified across all six layers. No physical prototype has been completed yet — and we are stating that plainly, because credibility in hardware security starts with honesty about development stage.
This is a deliberate starting point, not a weakness. Hardware security companies that rush to prototype before the architecture is fully specified ship devices with fundamental flaws that cannot be patched. We specified first.
The roadmap moves through a six-month pre-alpha phase toward an initial deployment milestone. We are pursuing alignment with EUCC, NIS2, and DORA regulatory frameworks. Certification is in progress and has not yet been obtained.
